The first few minutes are always spent getting comfortable. Then, somewhere around the 45-minute mark, everyone relaxes, confidence grows, and that's when we usually create the images everyone falls in love with.

💕PERSONAL NOTE:
When my daughter graduated in 2026, I was nowhere near emotionally ready for it. I wanted to preserve every part of her senior year, so we did a Full+ senior session with her best friend. Since we had plenty of time, we captured fun, unplanned moments that ended up becoming some of her favorite photos.
Later, we photographed her cap and gown session at a beloved preschool she attended, which made those images even more meaningful. For her graduation party, I created a Birth to Graduation Memory Film using family photos and home videos. We gathered everyone together to watch it, and there wasn't a dry eye in the room. The feelings my husband and I had were indescribable watching our daughter grow from the tiny baby, to sassy toddler, to sweet young lady in one video.
Watching her relive those memories, and seeing what it meant to our family, reminded me that senior portraits are about so much more than beautiful pictures. They're about preserving a season of life that goes by far too quickly. That's why I love what I do. 💕
